I love baking cakes. My mum taught me when I was young and I have not stopped since then. I signed up for a few cake classes and found I was good at decorating them and learnt lots of new skills. I then started baking cakes for a local charity a couple of years ago and this allowed me to develop on my skills. I have a passion for decorating cakes - making fondant figures, using different piping techniques etc. Friends and family started asking for commissions and word spread so much so that I started my own business in April 2017!
